When you take the CliftonStrengths assessment, you'll receive your unique combination of 34 CliftonStrengths themes. The themes are sorted into four domains.

No. You don't need to complete your assessment before beginning your coaching or program. We include your CliftonStrengths Assessment - Full 34 Report for all our clients. As coaches, we get this at a discounted rate and pass the savings on to you. 

Great! We'll ask for you to upload your reports in an upload section found in our Intake Form. If you don't have the Full 34 Report, we'll send you a link to upgrade your results at no additional cost.

Strengths don't operate in a vacuum. Chances are, you're going to interact with others in your day-to-day life. During the Shineee Program, you'll have the chance to use, talk, and invest in your strengths with others in real-time. 

Time is an investment and when we show up on a call with our clients, we're actively listening to be the best coach we can be for you. When people have skin in the game, they're more invested. 

As a part of your $15 deposit, you'll receive a link to complete your CliftonStrengths Assessment - Top 5 Report ($19.99 value). If you choose to work with us, this cost will be reimbursed on your first invoice.
